Users

Lists all LTPS users.

BACKGROUND

LTPS users are held and maintained within the PRISMS system. The listing shown here will show those PRISMS users that:

• were categorised as an LTPS user when they were setup in PRISMS (these will have a UserRefTypeCode of LTPS); or
• have been configured within PRISMS with an LTPS role.

The listing can be filtered by a variety of search criteria. A description of the current search criteria is shown above the listing. Use the saved searches feature to save your own predefined queries.

In lower environments, provided that testing tools are enabled you will be able to edit users to change certain details.

This allows you to test scenarios such as "when I sign in as a user who is required to change their password I expect to be taken to the change password screen".
