Overview

The Levy collection page Notices tab gives access to the details of all notices that have been sent to the levy collection providers for a levy collection.

Who can use it?

All users can view, search and save searches for the list of notices sent to the levy collection provider for a levy collection, as well as view notice details

Users with the Notices - export permission can export the details of notices sent to the levy collection providers for a levy collection.

Users with the Notices - resend permission can resend notices to a levy collection provider for a levy collection.

Users with the relevant levy collection provider task permission can also send notices to a provider - refer to Levy collection provider tasks.

How is it used?

The levy collection notices page behaves in a similar way to the Provider notices and levy collection notices except it shows all the notices that have been sent to the levy collection providers for a levy collection.

Levy collection notices can be viewed, searched, exported and resent here.

New notices can only be sent from running the various Send … notice tasks on the levy collection provider page or the Levy collection workflow page.
